For most of the past decade, Lauren has been investing in Canadian companies from angel to Series E, but her passion is for ground-breaking Seed Stage ventures. With both a law degree and an MBA, Lauren is a former litigation lawyer and political staffer. She is an ardent innovation advocate, and her mentorship and community involvement has made her highly respected and connected within the Canadian tech ecosystem.

Artem's deep expertise in early-stage ventures comes from broad experience across the ecosystem. Currently completing his final year of the joint Law/MBA program, Artem has worked at the front lines of early stage companies at the Creative Destruction Lab, in the Emerging and High Growth Companies legal practice area of an elite law firm, and at a boutique seed-stage venture firm.
